Where our sites are
Our first sites are in the Natchitoches Parish area and in Converse, in Sabine Parish, Louisiana. We will share exact locations only with invited households.
Every homesite has its own septic system
Every homesite is 150 by 150 feet, just over half an acre, with its own septic system. On a Maker Kitchen lot, the kitchen also gets its own treatment unit, because a food business cannot share the home's system. The health department approves each system before it is built. Each lot sheet also shows a shared-sewer version.
Site plans are concepts. The site plans here are drawings of how a site could look. They are not surveys, and they are not an offer of a particular lot.
Our sites are treated as one community. Because all AUM sites are marketed together, the law treats them as one development. We keep the number of homesites we offer at any one time to 99 or fewer, 48 in today's plans, and we follow federal land-sale rules on every sale.
