Privacy
How we handle your information.
Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone if you give it, and what you tell us about the home and land you're looking for.
- If you talk to AUMi, our AI guide, we keep the conversation and a short summary so it can remember you next time. Typed messages are answered by our AI providers, DeepSeek or xAI. If you use your voice, the audio is processed by xAI to turn it into text and speech.
- If you are an invited landowner, three small cookies keep you signed in to your portal: one for the sign-in code (about 15 minutes) and two that remember you for 30 days. We send your sign-in code by email and never store it.
- Two small cookies: one that recognises your browser, so AUMi can pick up where you left off, and one that counts your AUMi minutes this week, so AUMi can keep to its weekly time limit. We also keep a scrambled, shortened form of your internet address to enforce that limit. We never store the full address.
How we use it
- To reply to you and help you choose a package.
- To send you updates, only if you ask for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the site and AUMi working well and to stop misuse.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the site: our website host and private file storage (Vercel), our database host (Supabase), our email service (Resend) and our AI providers (DeepSeek and xAI). DeepSeek may process messages outside the United States. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- If you're a landowner partner, documents you upload to your portal are stored privately and seen only by your family and AUM.
- We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: until you ask us to delete them or two years after we last hear from you.
- AUMi conversations: 90 days, unless they become part of a purchase, when we keep them with your file.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@acresundermanagement.com.
- Say "forget me" to AUMi, or use the Forget me link under the conversation, to delete your AUMi conversations at once.
- AUMi is for adults. Please don't use it if you're under 18.
