Your family keeps the land
Working with AUM never means selling your land to us. Your family keeps ownership. Where a trust is the right tool, a licensed bank or trust company holds it as trustee and AUM manages the land for you under a written agreement.
How AUM is paid
AUM pays a share of the plan's costs, usually half or more in the first three years. In return, AUM earns a share of the income the land produces, usually 20 to 30 percent. Every number is in writing before you sign.
